How long does shipping take?
We ship products within 24-48 hours. If your item is Pre-Order or Out of Stock, it will ship in 2-3 weeks once available.
Return Policy
- For all items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- To ensure a hassle-free return process, request returns by emailing us at care@printalo.in
- In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange,Products must be unused and in original condition.
We offer reverse pickup for most locations. For non-serviceable areas, you'll need to self-ship the return.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- COD orders: Refunds are processed back to the customer's Bank Account.
Our Team will get in touch with you via email to get your Bank Account details.
Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Why is my payment successful, but my order shows pending/failed?
- Wait 15 minutes and check your account. If payment is debited but the order is still pending, send payment proof via Chat With Us. We’ll sort it for you!
COD Order Verification
All COD orders require a verification call within 24-48 hours. If we can’t reach you, the order will be canceled. Once verified, your product ships, and you’ll receive tracking details.
Out of Stock Products
Some items are in the concept phase or temporarily out of stock. Follow us on social media or subscribe for updates when they’re back in stock.
Cancellations & Returns
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds go back to your payment method.
If your order’s already shipped, you can reject delivery or return it for a refund once received.
Delivery Times
- Metro cities: 3-4 days
- Non-metro cities: 7 days
- International: 10-14 days
You’ll receive tracking info once shipped, so you can monitor your order in real-time.
Product Missing from Package?
If your order contains multiple items, it might ship separately. Don’t worry, your product will arrive soon, and you’ll get tracking for each shipment.

We don’t offer expedited shipping, so please place your order in advance if you need it for a special occasion. All orders ship within 2-3 days.
